As part of our business we survey candidates to document their job search success. We've just conducted one of those surveys and found a nice surprise - employers ARE hiring, even during this crisis climate. We know that many employers are interviewing to fill the pipeline but not yet making decisions, putting candidates on hold till later. Over the last month many of our candidates have started in new jobs. Hooray!
In our last Job Search Tip of The Week we encouraged you to continue your search and to interview. In light of our employment survey it is even more important that you devote time to your job search. Learn new search skills. Stretch yourself. Get in the pipeline. Show employers how well you work remotely. It is only a matter of time before you'll be in a new job.
