Know Your Value and Show It

You need to be able to articulate the value you bring to your new employer. Think of things that your proud of. What have co-workers, your boss or customers praised you for? What strengths are mentioned in your performance reviews. Use this information to create Accomplishment Stories - PAR stories - Problem, Action, Result. What was the problem, what actions did you take, what results did you produce? When discussing your value within an interview add an M - what it Means to the employer that you bring this benefit.
